Saw that there was lobby construction and when I called to request a floor they told me that the fitness center has been moved to the 7th floor during the construction.

When questioned about was the Safe whatever was being raised at another resort. He was not aware of it and researched it. After researching it, he pointed out a pamphlet entitled "The good life. VIP Owner pamphlet" under the section called "Exclusive VIP Benifit" the provision that state, "Receive (1) upgrade on existing reservations to the next larget unit available." This is subject to a unit being available. The clause underneath it states,"Receive an instant upgrade at the time of booking to the next largest unit available. This provision is also subject to unit availability. Silver is within 30 days, Gold is withiin 45 days, Platinum is within 60 days. There is no 10 minute period made reference to that holds a cancelled unit for that period of time for re-booking using discounted points.
