Ski accommodation suggestions for Park City wanted

We want to go to Park City around Feb 18 for about 5 nights and ski (2 adults, 1 kid). Friends are staying at Sun Creek. We are looking there but also at alternatives.

What condo accomodations can you recommend and / or a rental company to work with? 1or 2 bedroom is ok.

Anybody got something very reasonably priced they want to rent to us?

The above link is to Raintree's The Miners Club Park City. It is located just outside of Park City and when we visited there in the fall of '08, it was a fine place to stay and it appears to have added some services since that time. You will want a car for the area but it's within feet of a gondola connecting to resorts at The Canyons.

We ski Park City several times a year and almost always book through VRBO. There are so many vacation rentals listed there it's ridiculous. This past year, we took a last minute Feb ski trip and there were so many properties, both homes and condos, that had last minute specials for nights that weren't booked. We were able to stay in a gorgeous home in Deer Valley for next to nothing as the owner was just trying to fill up his calendar.

It's pretty easy to find condos very close to PCMR for $100/nt. on VRBO.
 
We stayed at Skier's Lodge thru RCI several years ago in a small 2-bed/2-bath. It was fine for our needs which consisted of skiing and dining out. The reviews aren't great but, unless you want posher lodgings, it will work.
 
The obvious choice? Mountainside hands down! IMHO with a child do you want anything that isnt ski in ski out?
suggest you look at Tug or redweek.
