Single family houses as timeshare?

Aside from Houses at Summer Bay in Orlando, does anyone know of timeshare resorts that are actually single family homes of a decent size- 3br? Or is that limited to luxury fractional organizations for whatever reason- perhaps people just like a front desk and lobby to hang out in so wouldn't be popular?

West village at Orange lake has 2 bedroom bungalows (2 side by side , like a duplex) that you drive up to.
If a reservation was made early enough one could get the hole thing.
1200 sq ft each sleeps up to 8

Sutherland Crossing in Crystal Beach, FL had multiple large buildings, each with separate occupancy.
I say had (past tense) because Sutherland Crossing ceased to exist as a timeshare operation a few years ago now.

Bluegreen has The Cliffs at Long Creek in Hollister, Missouri. They are 5 bedroom, 3500 square feet homes (really townhomes, joined in pairs).

The Homestead Resort in Virginia has individual houses but that falls into the luxury fractional ownership part of your question, I suppose.

Thanks...yeah, Homestead is 4 weeks a year. Seems to be a few for sale. Look really nice, but doubt I'd want a 4 week commitment so far from where I live in Fl.

Thanks...just read interesting article on how Sutherland crossing fell apart. 90% of owners weren't paying maintenance.

Wyndham Shawnee resort in the Poconos, PA is mostly are side by side duplexes (Not Crestview) .... but like off centered/with setbacks from the adjoining unit. Some in the Dupey Village are single - no neighbor - due to site location. All are 2 bedroom units with sleep 8. Most are 2 story buildings.

a Four Bedroom Estate KCP L/O House which consists of:
(A) 2 Bedroom unit, (B) 1 Bedroom unit, (C) 1 Bedroom unit.

The Estates consists of houses weaving around a private pool for Estates owners and guests on the westen side of the property left of KCP guarded/gatehouse.

I believe there is a resort in Lake George, NY with really nice log homes and also in Maine, but don't know the names of the resorts off the top of my head and not sure if they have 3 bedrooms.

Chalet High in Basye, VA has some 3BR free-standing units.

Owner's Club (a couple locations, incl. HHI), Presidential Resort @ Chancellorsville, VA has 2Br free-standing cabins on a lake located in a campground.
