Are they treated like a comdo association when it comes to allowing owners to come and use their weeks If they are not comimg from states that are red flagged? NY,MJ,and CT???
Yes I was surprised they are open. I know someone at a Longboat Key TS now. Local here, friend of owner who didn’t come down. Says 14 of 50 units occupied.
I’m at Lehigh Resort Club in FL. They are open minus all activities and most facilities. Staff is on skeleton crew. Why close? We can be on house arrest here just as easily as at home. So they close and kick everyone out and you are 1400 miles from home! Seems like that violates the stay at home dictate. I’m staying put until some resemblance of normalcy returns!
It depends on the county or city. Brevard County is temporary closed to tourists and that includes timeshares. Many condo associations in our area have closed pools and clubhouses as well.
