Does anyone have more details about the various units (particularly the 2BR ones) available at Silver's Villages in Flint, TX?

RCI usually has more details on each unit type, but the 1BR units are the only ones there that have detail.

Studio - 2/2/Full

1BR - 4/2/Full
1BR - 4/4/Full

2BR - 6/4/Full (I think these are the normal "small" condo units.)
2BR - 6/6/Full (I think these are the presidential units.)
2BR - 8/4/Full (Are these 1BR 4/2 +1BR 4/2 lockouts?)

3BR - 10/6/Full (Where would these be? A 2BR 6/4 + 1BR 4/2 lockout in the older units?)

From what I've read 6/6 check-ins on Sunday are the new Presidential Beach Club units while the 6/6 Friday check-ins are Presidential Harbors.

I have a 6/6 on hold (on sale for 5 TPU!), but I want to make sure before I finalize it. I absolutely dispise the older, small Silverleaf units.

I was really disappointed with the Villages condo. Supposed to be 6/6, 2 bathrooms. one toilet/sink was IN the master bedroom (no walls separating), the other (small) bathroom was IN the 2nd bedroom. Very small kitchen unit/dining area - definately not big enough for 6. The common facilities were very nice, and we did like the area. Some of the units closer to the waterpark/minigolf... looked like they would have been larger.

I think we were just happened to be unlucky in where we were placed, but I dont think I would chance a stay there again.

That is what I booked, and that is what my confirmation said. I think it is NOT what I was in:( The area was great, and as I said all common areas were very nice. But unless it was just my husband and myself, possibly 1 other person - I would be leery of reserving there again. The bathroom situation was terrible, even worse than the small size of the unit.

and I do admit that I am somewhat spoiled - we stay most often at Massanutten which has much larger rooms.

I called the resort and talked to the RCI rep there to get some clarification.

The 6/4 units are definitely the older, smaller (about 800 sqft) units.

The 6/6 units are definitely presidentials, and she said that they could be either Beach Club or Harbors on either day. Presidentials have a washer & dryer and both bedrooms have king beds. The bathroom in the master is enclosed, but the master in the second bedroom is in the bedroom. The presidentials are almost 1300 sqft, and all of them are lockout units.

The 8/4 units are older units, about 1043 sqft with no washer & dryer. They do have two "duplex" units that are also 8/4, and that are 1291 sqft.

The 3BR (10/6) units are two stories, with the bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs. The master bedroom has a king bed and a private bathroom. The other two bedrooms have a queen bed and share a bathroom that is in the hall.

yes, 6/6 is a Presidential. We stayed in a Lodge Unit which was right next to the Beach Club entrance. There was just one building and it had been refurbished and clean. These are smaller than the Presidentials but it was a nice unit for just the two of us. The 1 br 4/4 and 2/2 are the Presidentials 2 br locked off. The 2 br 8/4 I think is a larger type cabin. I don't know what the 3 br is like.
