Silver Seas Ft Lauderdale

Hi all
Looking for any information on Silver Seas in Ft Lauderdale. Does anyone have a layout of this resort? Anyone been there recently? condition? cleanliness? size of rooms? any information would be appreciated. Thanks Mike

When vacationing in Fort Lauderdale I always tried to stay at the Silver Seas. Same beach as Beach Place 100 yards down the street; easy ground level parking on site; most units are one bedroom and small; not luxurious but satisfactory. Only two units (one above the other, both abutting Hwy A1A) are direct ocean view and I believe they may be the only two bedroom units at Silver Seas. If I were going to buy at Silver Seas to use, the only unit I would buy is one of these two with a distinct preference for the one on the 2nd floor.

FLBR as an alternative

I have never stayed at the Silver Seas so I can not vouch for their units, but I own at the Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort and the 1 bedrooms are large, clean, modern and they have great views as long as you get above the 4th or 5th floor.

RCI has plenty of availability and there are plenty of units for rent and for sale on TUG here as well.
