You are all awesome!! Thanks for all the advice. I am going to rescind first thing tomorrow morning. They gave me an "Election to Cancel the Sale of a Time-Share interest" paper. It has the Wyndham address in Las Vegas and it says "I hereby elect to cancel my purchase of the time-share interest in the above named time-share plan". It shows the time-share plan as Oceanside Pier Resort.

It has 2 signature lines and a box for the date. This should be good enough to rescind, correct?

Yep. Certified Mail and you are all set.

Just wanted to say "Thanks" for this thread...I am so glad I found this group, as we just bought on 8/9/15 and I immediately regretted it, but went ahead because my husband was so gung ho.

The salesman and managers KNEW I didn't want it. I'm just sick that I allowed it to happen, KNOWING that it wasn't a good deal. ($62/maintenance fees FOREVER, and almost $17,000 to be financed for 105,000 points).

Our friend (who gave us her points for this vacation) may love hers (I think she paid $20k) but I don't have to do this if I'm not comfortable!

Rescinding today via registered letter! Thank you!
