Sheraton Vistana Resort (VIT) HTOVI & DTOBR Villa locations

We are staying at Vistana Resort for 2 weeks this summer. We are checking in on Sunday and our first villa sleeps 6 (DTOBR) and second week villa sleeps 8 (HTOVI).

Can someone help us figure out which phases have DTOBR & HTOVI villas with Sunday check ins? I think only Lakes phase has Sunday check in for DTOBR, but ideally would like to stay on the other side of the resort.

What's the chance of us being able to stay in 6 person villas for both weeks and avoid moving after a week? Would they let us "downgrade" second week?
 
Sleeps 6 will only be in Falls or Courts. All other phases are sleep 8. Falls checks in on Sunday and Courts on Saturday. From my experience, while they are willing to move you between phases, they seem to be pretty strict on the occupancy size. We have been able to be switched from a Courts unit over to Falls because we didn't like the Courts unit (no ceiling fans), but they didn't seem willing to move us to any of the other phases that sleep 8.

The resort map is color coded with the checkin dates;
 
Looking at the II Unit Code list, I don't think Courts 2BR is actually TOBR. It was hard nailing down which codes went with which units.
 
Thanks! We watched your reviews and would prefer Falls phase as it has walk in shower and ceiling fans. We will request to stay in 6 person villa for both weeks and try to avoid checking out and back in for the second week.

If you get a chance, would you make a video of all the pools around the resort ;)

I do have a full resort tour, though it is fairly old and I did the north and south side separately as the north side wasn't open when we went the first time. I do have a lot of b-roll footage that I could use to put together a pools video. It is doubtful we will be back there any time soon as reports of bad WiFi are still persistent.
