Made a mistake getting into flex by enrolling 6 x WKV-Resale weeks.
MF is one of the key reasons [other being limited value] we traded in our Aventuras-Flex.
Consider myself lucky to get full-value credited back by Vistana that was applied toward a Westin-Nanea purchase.
Even though Nanea is also a Points-Based [Non-Weeks-Deed] we prefer it to the Aventuras-Flex.
I have a table that compares the various Flex-MF to a Deeded-Week and its ugly.

Is this a good format for the letter?

Rescission Letter Sample

Today’s Date :

Purchaser Names :

Address

City, State, Zip

Phone

Email

Timeshare Developer

Address

City, State, Zip

Phone

Email

To whom it may concern,

The purpose of this letter is to request the immediate cancellation of my timeshare contract. My name is (state your name), and I purchased a timeshare with (enter the timeshare developer) on (enter purchase date). I’ve decided to use my right to rescind my contract and will contact you within the rescission period.

Timeshare:

Owner:

Contract Number:

Date of Purchase:

Please provide me with a written confirmation that you have received this request. In addition, please provide me with a written confirmation of when I will receive my deposit.

Sincerely,

Your Name
They may or may not provide written confirmation. They aren't legally required to do so. So even with that in the contract, it may not matter. The most important part is two methods of delivery. Email and USPS in your case. There is a recent post on Reddit where the person's first Certified Mail letter is in an infinite loop and not delivered. They did send a second one the next day that has been delivered. While postmark date is what matters, the stress isn't worth the few extra dollars.

Thank you all.
Is it a good option to email as well along with the mail I will be sending? Just to be more sure about it? I don't want them to start calling me about reconsideration.

Yes, send the email first then also send a letter through snail mail. They may or may not call, just don't answer calls from numbers you don't recognize.

Hello, yesterday I have sent the cancellation letter via USPS certified mail and have also emailed them. How many days should I wait until I follow-up with with if no response?

Don't follow up. You don't need to call anyone. If you put anything on your credit card, watch your statement for a refund.

They are also not under any obligation to provide you with a status. It can take up to 45 days to be fully refunded, but it usually happens much sooner than that.

Hello,

I just received the USPS return receipt. The 10th day of cancellation was April 10th. I had mailed it on April 3rd but the delivery was signed by Vistara agent was on April 11th? Am I good as I had sent out on April 3rd? I had also emailed them as it was an option on April 3rd but no response yet.

Should I follow-up via email to check the refund status? I am just concerned as I don't want any complications. Is there a direct number where I can reach out to them?

Thank you!!

YOu are covered. It is based on the date you sent it (postmark). No need to follow up. I know the wait can be stressful, but they will process your rescission and are under no obligation to do any kind of followup or provide a status other than to refund any payment you made and cancel the contract. You probably won't hear from them directly, ever.
