Don't all units at SDI have either the smaller suite style kitchen or a full kitchen?

Interval is giving me the symbol for a hotel room type???

I think the problem may be a glitch with the II website where it isn't displaying all the elements properly. You can tell those units that are the larger 1BR by clicking the Book It link and then checking the bed size. The larger one will indicate King and the smaller 1BR, even though it is wrong, will indicate Queen.

They all have a studio style kitchen.

It was noted in another thread recently the following distinction:
  1. If you deposit a small 1 bedroom SDO in II, that you own as a stand alone unit, the LK kitchen shows in II; but
  2. The exact same unit deposited in II, from the B side of a 2 bedroom lock-off, doesn't show the kitchen listed.
These are the exact same units. I presently own 3 of the small one bedroom units, and I have a 2 bedroom L/O under contract.

There was also a report that #2 may also have slightly less trading power, but I have no direct evidence of that. Once my 2 bedroom gets through title and Vistana, I can compare. We all know that will take 3-4 months.

Very strange. For #1 above, does it show LK? So all of those without a kitchen indicator would still be the small 1BR.

I remember reading about this, but couldn't locate the TUGG thread. Thanks for the great explanation!

That's my understanding. I cannot find the thread at the moment, but it was a late 2024 discussion about loss of trading power for certain Vistana units in II.
