I see this is pending rental, but your description that this is the "smaller side of a 2 BR lockout" piqued my curiosity. Is this a studio or a 1BR unit you are renting?

Both sides of the lockoff are 1 bedroom units. One side is smaller than the other.

For Sheraton 2BR lock-offs, both sides are 1 BRs. One is a premium 1BR with a full kitchen, and the smaller 1BR usually has a kitchenette.

They have a washer/dryer on each side as well
