We are going to Sheraton Desert Oasis for a week in a few days. Just wonder what room unit we should request? We don't want to climb the stairs cause we are seniors. But also enjoy a good view on the top floor. What type of room should we request? which building and unit is good? Thank you for the advice in advance!

There aren’t really any “view” units at the resort, unless you want something overlooking the pool or one of the courtyards. Most units are fairly standard - it doesn’t seem like there is any superior views. That said, all units that we have stayed in have been comfortable.

If top floor is a priority for you without stairs, then buildings 7 and 8 will be your only options as they are the only ones with elevators. All other buildings require stairs to access the top floor. I would go with building 8 if you are worried about walking distances to/from your vehicle.

If road noise is a concern, I would stay away from buildings 1, 2, 10 or 11 as some units face the street (Hayden).
