I am not sure you can even buy the larger 1BR on its own. Perhaps in the St Augustine phase they split the 2BR lock offs apart and sold them as individual units? I know in Bella and Key West they only sold the 44/37K 1BR units. This being the stand alone dedicated 1BR units that are not part of a lock off.

I honestly can’t remember if this is a stand alone unit. I have owned it for a long time. But you seem confident about what was sold.

I was just looking at the SO chart and saw there were two one bedrooms listed. Assuming if you book the 51.7K 1BR it is part of the lock off? Or in a different phase than Bella?

Yeah, the 51,700 is the larger side of the 2BR lock off. It is the one with the full kitchen. Oddly the 44K can be one of two types of units. It can be the smaller side of the 2BR that doesn't have a balcony except in St Augustine or it can be the 1BR dedicated unit that does have a balcony. Neither have a full kitchen. They have an apartment size refrigerator and only a two burner cooktop. Though Bella has a tiny oven in the small 1BR units. As fasr as I know, SVV never sold independant parts of the 2BR lock off units. The only 1BR that was sold was the dedicated 1BR unit that came with 44K oe 33K StarOptions depending on Prime or High season. Prime=Platinum and High=Gold Plus.

Odd that the small one bedrooms at Sheraton Broadway Resort sometimes are part of a lockoff but still have a full but compact kitchen, washer/dryer, separate bedroom from the living/dining/kitchen area, no balcony. Then there is the one with a balcony that is almost identical but I think it's stand-alone. There are several different one bedrooms.

I dug out an old post here. The MF is lowest for 1-bd Deluxe (491 in 2022 and rose to 560 in 2024). Not sure where to find similar tables for SVV and SVR so we could do more research. I mean yes SBP 1-bd deluxe has lower trading power but can you do better at similar or lower MF (among Marriott and Vistana)?
