I own 15,500 points in the Shell West Club. 2018 MF are $3811.60. For 2017 it was $3700.75. That's a 3.0 % increase. Not too bad in this day and age.
However, my Vacation Internationale MF are the most amazing. Base fee has stayed at $5.85 a point for something like 8 years. They add a dime each year that goes to the reserve fund. So 2017/2018 is $7.75 a point ve $7.65 a point in 2016/2017. That's an increase of 1.3% all going to reserves.
