Shell maintenance fee collection

I don't know how many pay their maintenance fees online but it was a bit of a surprise to see that Shell was using www.Equiant.com to collect their annual fees. I guess it makes sense to have them handling receivables and then moving on to collect late payments.

I wonder how many payments will be late this year?
