I have a request in with SFX. I check online frequently. My issue is just two days ago, I tried loggin in to my account, got to log in and then after log in page , all I get is a blank screen. I sent an email to SFX last night, no response today. Prefer not to have to call as am in Mexico as we speak. Anyone else having this problem or have a clue what it could be and what to do? Thanks
 
I can get in OK. Perhaps it was their server. They do use a bit of macromedia Flash on their web pages which can occasionally cause problems. Probably not what you're experiencing but you never know.

You could try posting a question for Mark on the Ask SFX forum OY. I haven't seen him post anything for the last 3 days though. I'd guess he's pretty busy. He's usually pretty responsive, especially via pm.
 
Okay I'll try that. I did send them an email on their page before log in but no response for 3 days. Thanks.
 
Another question: How patient should I be? Have requested a unit giving over 5 areas/towns of Southern California and two months of timeframe (May/June, not bright red time). Did not mention Carlsbad because I live here but that was the only place (which I declined) that was offered to me.

Should I start calling on a regular basis? My time is slowing running out and I hesitate to give them another week to extend my time (based on the last few transactions I have had with them).
 
Calling on a regular basis just to check on your exchange request will do you no good. If they have what you've requested, they'll call you. If they don't call, they don't have it. Your request could expire without your ever hearing from them. It happened to me :(

The only time I would recommend "calling on a regular basis" is if you're willing to accept something that isn't included in your request and you want to see what else is available. But they don't keep much in inventory.

I've had this problem as well in the past as well as currently. I never did anything to correct and eventually it worked later. Just checked a minute ago and it lets me login and only the logout button works. Maybe it'll work again in a week.
It's a good thing I really don't need to do anything or want to place a request online.
 
I don't know if it's related but on Dec 11 Microsoft issued a patch to internet explorer that caused it to lockup or crash on certain sites. The timing of your problems indicates it might be that. They now have a fix at http://tinyurl.com/2udct7. If you can try Firefox or mozilla I think that would be your first step. Otherwise I'd try the patch.
 
Jusrt checked and I'm just fine now.
