Several Vistana weeks on one deed -- will Vistana let me sell just one?

I have two every-other-year weeks (one even, one odd, same resort, size, and season) that are on the same deed. I am also considering a purchase that involves multiple every-year weeks, same resort, on one deed.

Will Vistana have a problem with me selling just one week? It looks as if splitting off one week from the deed should pose no problem with the county. But, I will also need Vistana's co-operation to move just one week into a new owner's account. Will Vistana let me sell just one week from a deed, or will they require all weeks on the deed to have the same owner? And, if they do agree to transfer just one week to a new owner, will the owner numbers get all mixed up?

I suspect someone here has already tried selling just one week from a multi-week deed. For example, maybe someone here owned two every-other-year weeks on one deed, and sold just one of the weeks. How did it go?

Each week is assigned a unique contract number that follows that week everywhere. So there should be no issues with owner number mix ups.

Not a Vistana, but we bought 2 weeks on a single deed from Marriott and they assured me that splitting off and selling a single week is a fairly straight forward process. If it is a private sale, then having a closing company like lttransfers.com will take care of the process and paperwork on how it should be done.
