Sept orlando getaway

For 2009 we have all of our weeks planned but want to use an II getaway for a week at Orlando in September (school out jewish hoidays)- just looked and only 2 available

is it too early or is there really such a demand that few weeks available?

You're too early. September is low season and usually plenty of Getaways to be had when the kids go back to school. :D

I agree. Still too early. I notice the getaways get to be more plentiful around the 4-5 month mark. They tend to get cheaper the closer you get to checkin date, though they don't drop much in the last 60 days. With September being low season you could probably wait until July to buy the getaway and get a great deal. Though that is a risk I will leave up to you to take. We recently picked up a January MLK Marriott Grande Vista week for what is going for $429 ($404 for gold membership).

You will have plenty of opportunity for September. It is typically one of the worst weather months in terms of heat, humidity, and afternoon thundershowers, and the best month for deals for Florida residents because attendance is so low for people from other states. Hang in there!

Though if you plan to dine at Disney be sure to book your reservations early because it is also free dinning time at Disney and table service restaurants fill up fast.
