<snip> ...Timeshare TransferS (with an S at the end). <snip>

A search on the name of this CO closing entity will readily reveal many posts expressing dissatisfaction and reports of problems, although I don't know the seller.

Timeshare Transfer (i.e., with no "S" in the word Transfer) is located in FL, is completely unrelated, long established and historically solid and reliable --- although I've heard very little mention of them in recent years since one of the principals in the business passed on. As expressed previously, I'm surprised that the FL entity hasn't already initiated and pursued legal action against the very similarly named CO entity. With the apparently significant quality difference between the two, I have to assume there is some lost business for the FL company, presumably justifying their seeking a "cease and desist" order.

In short, the seller may be o.k. but there are plenty of reports that Timeshare TransferS in Boulder, CO almost certainly is not, so it may be a roll the dice overall.
Any chance you can get the transaction moved into the hands of a different and more consistently reliable closing entity?

I just saw the BBB C- rating for the closing company. Not very comforting.

Asking again --- is there any option for you to move the transaction closing into the hands of a different and more reputable closing company?

From what I vaguely recall reading about the CO closing entity at issue, a C- rating is probably quite kind and perhaps even overly generous.

P.S. The "search" function is your friend. You can easily retrieve TUG posts with first hand observations and experiences regarding this shaky CO closing entity.
There is surely no better information or feedback than that of those who have already experienced / endured their encounters with the shaky CO closing entity.
