Hi, I found SVOforever here in the forum. has anyone done business with Zack? would like to be recommended since I might buy a property from him.

He has many properties for sale and would like to hear from the forum about it.

I have some sellers before that I was not happy about it and this time I will ask first here in the forum. thanks Elle :ponder:
 
Thanks Denise!... Yes I will totally use Mary from LT T. I have done deals with her already. I still negotiating _Online shopping for a good deal and I guess I can ask for estopel with all the info or property being paid ..right?

With any timeshare, my main concern is having a clean and timely title transfer, so even if Zack can do the title transfer himself, I would offer to pay for a professional transfer. This is who I use - they charge around $150-$200.

You have to ask the closing company to request the Starwood form of the estoppel. They won't send it directly to buyers/sellers.
 
I made two SVV purchases from Zack last year using LT transfers, both transactions were fine. Mary from LT transfers was familiar with Zack as she processed several other of his sales. I would not hesitate to purchase from him.
 
Zack is fine. I bought a resale from him.
 
I bought from Zack and would do it again. Easy process - used Mary at LT.
