Has anyone used Sall My Timeshare? Is it ok to use?

Not if they want money up front. They will take your money, may or may not list it, and never sell it. You will still be on the hook for MFs.

Better to list it yourself on eBay, Craigslist, here, in the TUG classifieds, or if the price qualifies, in Bargain Deals.

There is a basic rule of thumb about TS business offers:

If there is a large upfront fee - it's a scam.

In most cases the upfront fee is greater than the value of the timeshares they claim they are trying to sell.

I went with sell my time share to rent 3 of my weeks. The weeks are good ones and priced right, None have been rented with them, guess i have been rip off. Should I stay with them? Maybe I can dispute the charge on my credit card? Art

How long ago did you sign up with SMT? Did SMT call you uninvited? What was the sales pitch that they told you? Did what they tell you match exactly what is in your written contract?

How much did they tell you you could fetch for your rental? Did they give you an unreasonably high amount? Did they "guarantee" in their sales pitch that it would rent? How much did you pay them upfront?

As for disputing with your credit card, you can file a dispute but it may be too late. SMT can likely claim that it fulfilled what was in the written contract (to list your timeshare on its website).

If that doesn't work and you paid a large upfront fee, then your next best bet is to file a complaint with the Attorney-General.
