I'm new here and I recently posted a [Caribbean] timeshare for sale. [Specifics deleted] The downside is that it's only for 3 years. The potential upsides include no maintenance fees, RCI & II memberships included, and that the first year begins in 2013 which (as I understand it) enhances the trading potential if someone takes it over earlier this year. I am suggesting it might be of interest to someone who doesn't want to take on a longer-term commitment. I am interested in the opinions of the more experienced here, about my chances of selling it – and if it has a chance, at what price range. Thanks.

Most timeshares are selling for 0-5% of original retail these days.

To see what yours is selling for:
Go to ebay
Log in
Search for your resort by exact name
On the left click on COMPLETED AUCTIONS
The next page will tell you the current selling (not asking) price for your timeshare.

I had to remove the name of your resort from your post because posting the details of a timeshare you have for sell is not permitted in the discussion forums. I'm sorry, but we don't permit advertising in the discussion forums.
