We are considering flying Condor Airlines from Las Vegas to Frankfurt, Germany. Either Premium Economy or Business class using Alaska miles. I would appreciate any insights you can share about your experience or that of others you know. How reliable are they? Condition of the seats, etc.? Customer service?

Best regards.

Mike

We once flew Condor from Orlando to Frankfurt...
I found them to be a good, reliable, no frills option.
The seats were uncomfortable. We should'a had cushions.
But that was awhile ago and we were in the sardine-section.

Condor flies mostly older 767's bought from other airlines.
Their counters open a few hours before flight times.

Condor was recently acquired by LOT (Polish Airlines) from
Thomas Cook, which is considered good news for Condor.

Here's a review in the Points Guy...

We flew Condor when it was under the Thomas Cook banner to Frankfurt. It was OK in Economy Comfort. Food & service were on par. The only negative was we'd ordered wheelchair service for my DW at Frankfurt and none showed up, nor was there even an available chair for me to push. I don't know whether to fault Condor or Frankfurt. :(

Thank you both for sharing your experiences. I had heard that they were bought by another airline, but wasn't sure by whom.

Best regards.

We flew once with them and had zero problems. We flew from Frankfurt to Vegas Direct. It Was a long flight but comfortable. They feed us several times and gave us each a shot of alcohol after take off. Just follow their rules for baggage and checkin.
