Any owners around?

I'm curious how the 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath lock-off units work in terms of rental.

If I bought one of the large units with lock-off, could I rent them out separately? Would they have to rent during the same week?

Is Sedona Springs a floating week good for any of the 52 weeks in a year?

I own at Arroyo Roble, but I've seen a few Springs units on eBay for good prices. It would be nice to have a Springs week available in case I wanted to bring a group of family/friends out sometime. (Arroyo Roble only sleeps 6 people, but Springs lock-off units can sleep 10.)

We have owned a SS since 1996 and found it to be a very good trader - (we always split the unit into two weeks)

I'm not exactly sure, but I know it wasn't much, certainly less than $25!
