I agree with Jeff H and EAL. I have also stayed at all three.
The Villas of Sedona has an indoor and outdoor pool. I felt unwelcome there, when I was asked to leave the indoor pool (it was January) because some women were going to have a water aerobics class. I asked if I could join in, and was flatly refused after they found out I had exchanged in. Nothing like rolling out the un-welcome mat.:annoyed: However, our two bedroom unit came with a hot tub on the balcony that was unexpected and quite nice. Still, it was the least favorite of the three.
Sedona Springs was pure luxury. We only stayed there two nights and I don't remember much about amenities. The master bathroom had double doors leading into the bathroom, seperate toilet compartment, and oversize corner jacuzzi. Beautiful two story adobe fireplace. Modern kitchen with brand new appliances (this was in 2000) and just a lot of room. Nicely decorated.
Arroyo Roble was older but had a lot of character. Yes, it is a little dated but somehow made me feel like I was in the Brady Bunch house. We had a two bedroom, bedrooms are on the second floor. Master bedroom had its own fireplace and two upholstered club chairs in front of the fireplace/tv area. Attached bathroom had a jacuzzi and double vanity, all in dated cream tile.
Same kind of tile going on in the galley kitchen. I liked the floorplan of the first floor. Galley kitchen, well equipped with a washer/dryer unit at one end. Large living room with fireplace & tv and plenty of windows. Nice views out of the windows, too. It is also located in the heart of "Uptown" which really puts it over the other two, IMHO. The landscaping is quite pretty and they have a nice indoor/outdoor pool.
All three are good choices. If you haven't been to Sedona before you are in for a surprise. The scenery is truly breathtaking.
