Sedona ownership confusion

In a resale purchase inquiry at Los Abrigados I understand there 2 options for ownership. ILX Premiere Vacation Club or Sedona Vacation Club. the only difference that I can see is ILX maint. is 40.00 less. There some other differences that I am not able to get a handle on. Any help or insight to help with my decision making process would be much appriciated. Bob
 
I belive Sedona Vacation club was the original timeshare plan sold befor ILX resorts took over but don't have any specific details.

Two years ago a friend of mine had a 1-Br ownership at Los Abrigados thru ILX Premiere Vacation Club and had a hard time working with them.
At the time I tried to help her but ILX made it real difficult. Some other owners here on TUG voiced similar problems at the time.

They have several resorts in the ILX family that she could use her points but had a hard time reserving her points for the time she wanted at Los Abrigados where she purchased.
Deposits she made to Interval were invisible did not show up online and that caused even more confusion and frustration until she had enough and dumped the week.
