Searching on RCI by resort number--anyone else having problems?

For months I've been using saved lists of resort numbers to do searches on RCI. A week or so ago, using my lists would freeze up the search and I'd have to close down Internet Explorer completely to unfreeze it.

Even if I manually type in one resort number to search, I get the same freeze.

It was working great up until recently. Is anyone else having this problem?

I have a similar, but at the same time opposite problem. Some sites are written to work better with IE than other browsers. I use Netscape, and I have to go to IE to get proper results and appearance from Fairfield's site as well as some others.

Well I guess I'm the only one then! The puzzle to me is the same list of resorts works fine if I use my RCI points account to search--it just freezes up on RCI weeks. I guess I'll try to contact RCI and see if they have any help to offer.

Glad you can get yours to at least work, Don!

I don't do this very often, but I noticed a new anomally last night with modifying an existing search. I changed the two date and location ranges above, then entered one resort into the resort list. When the system ask me to confirm the resort number, as it always does, it had reset the info at the top back to the original search. I had to change it again.

Jimster--No help from RCI. I got this very unhelpful response to my report:

"Are you listing them in the same format as required? Try entering one,
then going back and adding others.

Thank you for your interest in RCI."
