Searching "last call" points vs weeks login

As a Canadian "points" owner I cannot do an online search for "last call" vacations due to limitations of the RCI website, but RCI has set me up with a "weeks" account as a partial solution. What exactly am I searching when I use my "weeks" login? Do all available units, both "weeks" and "points" units show up or only "weeks" when you use a "weeks" login? Does it matter if you login through "weeks" or "points" when looking for Extra Vacations? Thanks for any assistance.
 
I may be mistaken but I believe the VEP filter still applies to the Extra Vacations. This wouldn't be the case if you went to snap travel or getravelops websites.

I tend to see a few more things when looking at Last Call via Points rather than looking in Last Call via my Weeks account. However, that may be because the VEP of my Weeks trader is low, and the VEP of Points is higher. The difference in availability isn't large.
