No. It’s nothing like that.
It’s just that I’ve found that former employees of organizations often have very insightful things to say about their former employers. You know, like things that they felt really bad not being able to say or do when they worked there. I’m told that they feel much better getting those types of things off their chests now that they aren’t under the thumb of their former employer anymore.
To all of you former (and even current) SVO employees, I just want to say that we’re here for you.
