In Arizona, real estate taxes are paid as one of the expenses that the annual maintenance fee covers. And, no, I have not received my annual maintenance fee bill. This seems very late compared with past years. My only guess is that perhaps the board did not approve the first budget Starwood delivered. Perhaps that is a good thing? :shrug:
 
Dec 8th and still no 2012 MF bill? Has anybody called Starwood on this?

We'all gotta budget for Christmas knowing that a major mystery amount will be due from us'all by start of January.

I contacted starwood today and was not able to get anything other than a generic "the bill will be sent later this month". not too helpful.
