SDO - small side MF?

I can't find this info. Does anyone know what the MF is for the smaller 1 bdm?

It is approximately $423 (does not include SVN membership).

I paid $423 for 2008 MF but maybe 2009 will be $468. I have not received any information regarding a fee hike for 2009 but . . . :shrug:
 
This what I show in mystarcentral for 2008 (excludes the SVN fee):

Small one bedroom: $463.31

Large one bedroom: $546.04

The annoying thing about SDO is that the mf for the large & small one bedroom total up to significantly more than the mf for the 2 bd LO (although, since I don't own a LO, I don't have the exact total for that).

I now own a 2 BD LO and a 1 BD LG, but both EOY.

Mystarcentral says it is $417.12 for my 2 BD LO EOY. Not sure if there is that $20-40 fee for owning an EOY or not added in there.

The large 1 bedroom EOY is listed as $293.02 per year, which times 2 is more than what you have listed for the EY, $586.04, so exactly $40 more total, or $20 extra per year, per interval. So I guess there are fees for EOYs.

That means that a small 1 bedroom EOY would be your number, $463.31 + $40.00, divided by 2, or $503.31/2 or $251.66 per year.

At Broadway Plantation, the small 1BR (470 sq ft) and the large 1BR add up to the 2BR L/O (1335 sf) MFs....I happen to own a third type of 1BR (490 SF) and the MF is between the other two at $385 (no SVN)
 
We own two small 1BR's at SDO and paid $463.31 each for 2008. We're not in the Starwood Vacation Network so there's nothing in there for that.
