I have a friend staying at SDO next week and I was wondering if they had any active sales there? Will he get asked to to a presentation. Just wanted to give him a heads up if yes.
 
Yes - SDO is part of the Florida group where they are selling Flex-points.

NO WAY would I buy buy Flex-points.

Let him know that he can get a timeshare on the resale market at any of the timeshares in the group for FREE.

Not true. Sheraton Stramboat Springs isn't usually available on the resale market at all.

I have not researched this at all, but I'd guess that eventually, it will be.

If it is, I am sure prime weeks will not be free...
 
He's not interested in buying a timeshare, i found him s rental. We goes to
Spring training every year and usually rents a house but this year something
Fell through and I got lucky and found the week he needed for rent.

I just wanted to warn him and told him to just say no to attending a
Presentation. I let him know already. I wouldn't be surprised if asks me more
About them if he likes it though and I think he'll like it.
