I do not know what Vidanta offers as an incentive to attend the sales pitch .....
I have always want to attend the Vidanta Sales Pitch that they offer to citizens of Mexico and Latin America to see what they offer them at what price but unfortunately I have only a USA passport.

I have observed some from afar
We have twice stayed at the Mayan Palace PV Marina during the Easter Holiday Weeks were I observed Mexican National Sales . The meetings I saw were on the “sun deck “ near the lobby /front desk . ( This is actually were we bought in 2006 )
The Mexican Nationals I observed were often buying as a family group and so there were 8+people sitting there . ie A couple in there 50’s ,their children and spouses and possibly some teenagers and younger children . Basically a multi- generational purchase .
Much different from the “pitch a couple “presentations we get .
BTW - that is also how the resort was used during the Easter Holiday Weeks . Many 2 bedrooms probably averaged 6 adults + 4 kids . (It reminded me of a Canadian family cottage on Victoria Day weekend in May ) The trundle beds that slide under the sofas were in use & lots of kids playing Marco Polo in the pool .WE really enjoyed those stays and would love to do it again .

I think the sales price is likely in the same range ( 16 K) that we paid for a MP contract .
I believe that some or all sales and MF are in ( or priced from ) USD for Mexican National Contracts . I did ask a salesperson how it worked , and she seemed to say her lowest priced contracts were for December week usage , so RTU but with different parameters.
When I have googled Vidanta / Mayan stuff and found postings by disgruntled Spanish writers - they seem to say “salespeople told lies “ Trip Advisors reviews in Spanish mention lots of pressure to go to TS presentations . ( thank you google translate)
