rpmls.com -- legitimate way to buy?

Hi All!

Is the rpmls.com web site an okay way to buy a Marriott resale? I'm looking at a Marriott Hilton Head resale but not sure whether this is the best way to go. Should I buy through developer, wait for something on ebay or contact someone else?

I have looked through the TUG info on buying and selling (Thanks, Tuggers) but haven't come across anything on this particular company. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks. jbet.
 
I just did a quick scan of the prices for Grande Ocean on that site. In almost all cases, the asking prices are outrageously HIGH.

Just curious.... Why have you singled out this web site?
 
Not sure where I came across this site but thought that they had a large selection of units available -- including one that I was interested in and didn't see anywhere else. Yes. I agree! I felt the prices were high as well. I was wondering if they would consider any lower offers or if they were just one of the companies that took money to advertise timeshares.
 
If you are looking for a Plat. HH week, there has been a dearth of Ebay listings. There have been several good deals on other seasons, so Ebay is a good place to look for those. Look at the sticky at the top of the buying, selling and renting forum for a list of good places to start looking.
