Hello my wife and I are trying to purchase and timeshare resale from Jeff Fudge of RPMI and are nervous about moving forward. We are new to timeshare resales and want to be sure it is safe to send out money to these folks. Does anyone have experience working with them recently? Please let us know. Thanks!

Jeff has been in the business for well over a decade. He is well established, easily contacted, and very honest. I have used him for five transactions in the past two years. He and his team including the title closing company are top notch.

As is the case with most Wyndham purchases you will need to be patient as the process can take 2 or 3 months or more if there are delays. But Jeff will answer all questions and keep you informed when you ask.

He is straight forward and ethical.

Hope that helps. Congratulations on buying resale and saving tens of thousands of dollars.

Wes.

I believe Jeff Fudge is a licensed real estate broker and has been around awhile. I think a transfer with him will happen correctly. I've not actually closed a deal with him but he's been responsive on some auctions I've been watching. I wouldn't hesitate if he had what I was looking for at the price I wanted... he tends to list with BIN, sometimes best offer, and usually at a price more than I'm willing to pay (in part due to the $750 closing).

I purchased from him in 2003 a 25K Worldmark membership. Great to deal with and I would buy from him again anytime.

I think Jeff has been in business since 1991.
