Now that the VCI orginal term has ended, did owners recieve the amount promised back?

It is likely that owners of the Royal Mayan, Royal Caribbean and Royal Islander will get the amount back?

I own at The Mayan, but I have seen a thread on this before. People that didn't buy back in got their money over 2 payments.

I thought it was four payments and the first two payments have been received.

The RM and RC contracts specify that owners get the original amount back IF there's enough etc....but the RI contract just says the money is divvied evenly.

My crystal ball is as cloudy as yours regarding the amount. Let's hope property values go up up up by the end of the RTU period!

You're probably right. I wasn't an owner and was just relying on my faulty memory of TUG posts.

This is what I was asking....so you have recieved or are starting to receive the residuel amount back...since I own two RI properties I was interested in seeing how it was going with the earlier properties that have finished their term.

The only one that yet finished its term was VCI/CIC. I own at the RC and RI, so I guess both of us will have to wait to see what happens at the RM to be able to make a more educated guess about RC and RI.
