Royal Resorts Survey

First survey I've received; when I "preferred not to answer" one question I got a message that I was not qualified to respond. apparently they are seeking some serious demographic information. I believe it was regarding household income???

And then the survey came to an end, right? They clearly have a few things to learn about surveying and mining critical data. One of the survey questions was "how many bottles of wine do you purchase in a year?". I can think of a number of different ways to inquire about wine consumption without asking in this manner. And finally the matter of missed golden opportunity, neglecting to provide a open comments section at the end. Some of us expect more from our once shining star resorts.

From these examples as well as some of their prior surveys, yes, they do. I teach survey research, and whoever they use could definitely use my classes.
