All communication seems to be interval servicing; i.e., ResidualRights@intervalservicing.com. Can anyone tell me the actual location of the company handling the processing of Residual Rights. I believe Interval Servicing is ISCO in Fort Lauderdale, Fl. One of Royal Islander owners has mentioned to me she lives not far from Fort Lauderdale and wants to go there if it is in fact the location of the company handling this processing which can NEVER be reached by phone. She and I both of held on the phone over three hours and were still from 9 in the que to 5!!!

Also, has any RI owner been to the Sands recently and inquired about the Residual Rights processing and the lack of response to owners?

I am more concerned than some owners because I have never received any emails!

Thanks for your help.

I hope you have finally received information regarding the residuals from the Royal Islander. I, too, have been anxiously awaiting a response, which finally came yesterday. I am terribly disheartened to learn the outcome. . .

Upon purchase I was told I would receive minimum my purchase price (I bought at preconstruction pricing), but I will end up getting less than 2/3 of the purchase price for my 1st villa. I owned 2 beach-front, Easter time units. Sadly, I assume, this is as good as it gets. . .

Thank you for the reply. Yes, I did receive the information, but only because the gentlemen whose email was incorrectly on my account as primary forwarded the email he received to me! I have repeatedly tried to get my email corrected to no avail. I am today filing my claim. As you, and I, and others I have heard from, are very disappointed in the residual payment. Not anywhere near the number we were told.

I would consider $5000 for a Mexican timeshare that probably had $0 resale value for a long time to be a great deal. Unless whatever was promised was in the contract, then nothing was promised.
