RHC points membership expires Dec, 2029. Annual MF $1060. RHC has a lot of city-based timeshares and hotels like NYC, San Francisco, London, Paris, Lisbon.
Also RHC owns units in Kaui and Kona. Like many point systems you can book a few days or several weeks depending on points required. I was told by RHC that transfer fee is $560 - to be paid by new owner. Getting older and travelling less.
Over the years some of the RHC places I've stayed include Powel Place, the Manhattan Club and the Cliffs in Princeville. Check out their properties at royal-holiday.com/en

Manhattan Club no longer part of RHC.. They use a hotel at much higher rates. Same with London Allen Club since the timeshare lease ran out so no longer then. Paris has always been contract hotels. Pretty sure RHC would charge higher than $560 for transfer fee..

The website still shows Manhattan club. The few locations i looked at were all studios.

Manhattan Club is still available for 2024, don't know where your info is coming from. But, yes, their leases of city timeshares and apartment hotels can end/change.

I still have this 30K contract to give away. Those are other TUG members chiming in. When I have points I can't use, SFX is always happy to take Powell Place in San Fran as a deposit.
