I am trying to figure out the fees involved with this resort. It says that it is an all-inclusive and when I click to calculate the fees I get All-inclusive Fees 2,345.00
USD. In the description of fees it says - Mandatory Usage Fee is 10.00 U.S. dollars, per person, per stay. Is that in addition to the all-inclusive fee? Additionally, it says - Mandatory environment tax fee is 28.87 local currency . Only Credit Cards accepted.Mandatory environment tax fee is 57.74 local currency . Only Credit Cards accepted.

I am trying to figure out the total price. I need to add the exchange fee and a guest certificate as well since this is for my son, so $199 exchange fee, and $109 GC.

Anyone have any insights?

If you rent from an owner you do not have to pay the all inclusive fee. There are generally lots for rent on redweek. You might want to compare the costs and ask if your son prefers to eat at the resort all the time or go out and explore the restaurants around the area.

Thank you for your suggestion. I looked on Redweek and the prices were the same as booking through RCI with the AI.

This may or may not help, but here is how II lists the fees;

Thank you so much! The information on RCI is so confusing because it is redundant. I called and I found out it is the AI fee, plus the exchange fee, the guest certificate, and the mandatory $40 Tax and the mandatory environmental fee that is approximately $20 for a 1 bedroom unit. The All-Inclusive fee might be less if paid in advance of 30 days. I found out that only the resort can answer the all the questions.

The AI fees currently for non owners are $135/person/day
