Hi. Our granddaughter has been accepted to the Disney College program in August. We plan to go with her and her parents in August when she begins. We are SVO members elsewhere and will be staying at Vistana Villages. Does anyone have a room number chart for the resort or know how the room numbering works?

Starwood does not permit you to request a room number - usually you can request a building, and a high or low floor, and that's about it. On a II trade, they usually won't accept a request until check-in, but with a Staroption Exchange, you should be able to have it added to the reservation notes.

*Our maps are in Starwood Owner Resources at the top of the page.

For future reference, you can usually rent in Orlando for far less than the cost of your Staroptions.

Thanks for the info. The maps did not have room numbers that I could find, but the resort was able to get me the number of the unit we stayed in on our last visit. We own DVC but have exhausted our points by renting some points for a friend.
I know the value is not there, but it is simpler than renting our remaining SVO Staroptions and then paying cash.

I don't have a chart but I can tell you a bit about the numbering!

The room number starts with the building number, then the floor, and then the room.

Bella Florida phase: Buildings 1-11, Floors 1-5 (ex:3105)
Key West Phase: Buildings 12-17, Floors 1-5 (ex: 14204)
Amelia Phase: Buildings 27-30, Floors 1-5 (ex: 29503)
St. Augustine Phase: Buildings 23-26, Floors 1-6 (ex: 25503)

Note that there are no buildings numbered 18-22!
