Which rooms have been most recently renovated? North or South?
How is outdoor parking (non-garage) near Dolphin building?
I think the South side finished up last, but they were all done about the same time in the normal rotation, so there’s not a lot of difference. The next renovation (not part of the general rotation plan) will begin in September and involve the master bath’s jetted tub being replaced with a smaller tub, and reconfiguration and enlargement of the shower. A new barn door (?) will be added to separate the bath area from the bedroom proper. This project has been desired for a long time as the big tub was not utilized much and simply took up space, so now it’ll finally get done. This week the outside parking at Dolphin building has been 100% occupied. We have 4 vehicles here (2 units) so 2 had to use the outside spaces, and if you’re wanting to park you have to ride around until you find one. We found two spaces but at the adjacent building... no problem tho, as people are coming and going.
