I've had my [Timeshare] property for some time now. It's fully paid for and I'm looking for advise/help in where to go/start to sell it it. Any direction would be appreciated. I've heard about all the places that require up front fees (to stay away from them). Any experiences good/bad would be appreciated. StrandedInColorado...

It's likely to be very difficult selling this unit. There is a week on eBay with no bids that the seller has listed for a $1 and is willing to pay the closing and transfer fees.

You can list it in the bargain basement section here on TUG and list it on ebay for $1. If you are willing to pay closing costs and all other costs, someone may take it.

Welcome to TUG! :hi:

Unfortunately, timeshare resales are at an all time low right now. You might want to try to rent your timeshare, or do an exchange to another resort, or find some other way to use it until the market picks up in a few years.

For more info. about selling it, see the article at the top of the page.
