A gold week (5000 points) at Eagle's Nest Resort on Marco Island just sold on Ebay for $3250. What chance does it have of passing ROFR?

It has a 100% chance, as Eagle's Nest is an affiliate resort and HGVC has no ROFR on the affiliates in Southwest Florida.

Perhaps you can assist me with the upload of this other PDF file? It fails to upload when I use "Manage Attachments". It's a 3.16 mb file, which may be too large.

Hi Dag,

I know a fair amount about timeshares, but I'm no computer expert. You might want to post a request for help in The Lounge. We have some people here on TUG who are very knowledgeable about computers, and I'm sure someone will be able to help you.
