I definitely agree that prime gold and plat Marriott weeks are undervalued, but that is changing IMHO. At least for the Marriott beachfront prime gold and plat weeks I track. The real hot deals seem to be further and fewer between based on my recent experience with higher rental demand for my units, the lower number of ebay listings and other resales channels drying up for well priced resale units.
