I'm sad to report that Carol (clsmit) passed away today after a long illness. I am sure most of the old-timers in TUG remember her, as she was very active in the Starwood forum for many years since 2008. I had the pleasure of meeting her and her family several times at various Starwood properties and our families got together for dinner several times. It is very sad when good friend leave us. RIP Carol:cry:, we'll miss you.

I never met Carol in person, but I communicated with her online often, and I felt like we were internet friends. Carol was such a smart, nice person - she will be missed!

Their have been over fourteen (14) posted replys to this thread on .the passing of clsmt(carol). She joined the TUG family in the year 2005 and over half of the posts are from Tuggers who also, joined the TUG community in the year of 2005.
 
Sad to read this and the obituary. My condolences.
 
I'm so sorry to hear this. As a breast cancer survivor myself, I know firsthand how dreadful the disease is. She fought well.
