Is Starwood still exercising right of first refusal?

I did a quick search through Tug and Google and the most recent data was a couple years old, with Starwood primarily exercising on Westin Ka'anapali and Westin Kierland.

I picked up and SDO for a couple years ago for next to nothing on eBay and have been contemplating a Westin Kierland, Sheraton Vistana Villages (Bella), or Westin Ka'anapali. I'd like to know what the chances are that they'd exercise the right of first refusal if I elect to move forward with one of these resorts.

Thanks!

SDO and Kierland don't have ROFR. Both Kaanapali resorts do and actively are (there is at least one ongoing thread on these resorts). Vistana Villages I am uncertain, although I have never heard of one being ROFRed.

There is a newish sticky at the top of the forum with a little info.
