Ridge Tahoe availability Question

OK, I have confirmed the building and price for the ridge cascade unit I want to buy.

My only question now is what availability might be left for 2012 for a prime summer week.

Anyone own here who might be able to tell me if any of the December weeks or 4th of July might be available at this point. the seller of the week is a reseller and is not willing to make a reservation prior to closing

The week we would be buying is a cascade.

What you end up paying for it? I just bought mine in Sep. 2011 annual prime summer inthe Naegle building and was only able to get the last week of July at that time. Pickings was slim for July

July 4th one of the biggest weeks because of the fire works on the lake. We went up last five years and stayed in our Naegle and booked twenty four months out because we owned two units with the Tower being the other.
I'm not saying you can't get a July 4th later but we always had our first choice of building{12} and high floor.

This was first year of us not going because we sold our summer Naegle last year to another owner and have our Tower for Aug for a change. I think we will book next time back into July 4th but owning one week only we have to wait for the twenty three months to select our week.
