Hi, Had anyone used Rialto Vacations LLC located in Florida to rent out their timeshare?

If they called you unsolicited it's bound to be a scam. Pay an upfront fee and never get a rental.

Thank you for your reply. I'm a Marriott owner and I listed my unit with Redweek. I was contacted by Rialto stating they had an interested buyer. I usually rent through Redweek or Concierge Realty.

@maxies According to their website, there is no fee to list with them. They make money by adding an up charge to your requested rental charge. Their website was created 8/23/22 so relatively new. I can find no reviews on the internet, nor do they have a BBB profile. What bookings they have listed on their website appear to be over priced to me. They have zero risk as all they do is take someone’s week and add an up charge.

They do have an LLC filed with Florida. However, what I do not know is if they are required to have a broker’s license in the state of Florida. There is no record with the state of them being licensed.

My opinion is that you would have better luck with your current renting process than hoping a renter finds this new company on the internet, finds your week and is willing to pay a premium to the company. Of course, you then would need to pray that this company actually sends you your portion of the rental proceeds.

Thank you very much. I appreciate your assistance.

Sounds kind of like the Vacation Candy business model. If they have a renter willing to rent your week that is on Redweek, there is nothing wrong with it. Just don't send them money.

Hi, Had anyone used Rialto Vacations LLC located in Florida to rent out their timeshare?
I have recently been contacted by this company as well. I see on their website they have all the current Redweek rental listings at my resort available for rent. I am hesitant to rent my week to this company as I normally rent directly to the renter and use my own rental agreement. Did you end up using them and can you give me any feedback? Thanks

Hi, I usually do the same. I'm always a little nervous until the rental is completed, but I did use them and received payment right away. I received the payment hrough PayPal.

I have no experience with Rialto, but I have rented to StayPC (aka Vacation Candy).

Yes, I rented to StayPC, not to their client. I used my rental agreement and StayPC paid me upfront and in full. My rental agreement gave StayPC the right to assign the contract to its client and gave me the obligation to make that transfer. Not a problem -- as I had already been paid.

Thanks for raising these points—I'd like to respond directly as one of the owners of Rialto Vacations to clear up a few things.

Yes, we launched in 2022. While the platform itself is new, the team behind Rialto Vacations is not. We’ve been in the timeshare and vacation rental industry for years, and this site was built to streamline and improve the rental experience for owners and travelers. Being new in this industry comes with the challenge of building trust—every reputable business starts somewhere. What matters is operating transparently and legally... while also providing a valuable service.

First, Rialto Vacations is a licensed Seller of Travel. Our License Number is ST43981. This is verifiable directly with the State of Florida's business search page:

*Florida law does not require a real estate broker’s license to rent timeshares.

There is no fee to list with us and we do not charge owners a booking fee or commission. Instead, we add a markup to the owner's requested net rate. We cover the costs of marketing, distribution, lead management, listing management, guest support, and credit card processing. Our rates reflects the owner's rate plus these operating costs, yet remains significantly more affordable than standard resort rates.

Our platform connects with a much larger audience of travelers than an individual owner could typically reach on their own. Listings are distributed across multiple channels, including Airbnb (where we’re a Superhost), Vrbo (Premier Partner), and the Expedia group of sites, giving owners expanded visibility far beyond traditional methods used by timeshare owners.

We’re proud to offer a service that prioritizes both owners’ peace of mind and guests’ experience—and we’re happy to answer any questions directly if there are lingering concerns. Feel free to contact us through our website, RialtoVacations.com

This is the first year I've listed my Fort Lauderdale beach Resort (FLBR) timeshare units with Rialto Vacations. The units I've listed are for weeks 3 and 5 in 2026. It's currently very early in the rental window for January timeshare rentals, but my units are actively visible on the Rialto website as well as Airbnb, VRBO, and other listing agents. All this visibility was made possible through my listing with Rialto.

Previously, I tried to use VRBO and Airbnb to list my units, but found these listing services to complicated and geared more for properties that rent for long periods of time, or for properties that are available for rent multiple times throughout the year. There was just too much complexity for my three little (FLBR) timeshare weeks.

In contrast, I found that Rialto's listing service is very simple and easy. Unlike the new RedWeek listing service, Rialto has no up-front fees. Additionally, unit owners have the option of including their own description of the rental unit, which can make the unit much more appealing to perspective renters. And finally, Rialto collects the local occupation taxes that apply to all short-term rentals and submit those taxes to the appropriate agencies--thus elimination one of the complicated and irritating problems facing timeshare owners.

Since this is the first year I've listed with Rialto, I have no experience with the actual rental processing protocols, but based on the comments of other owners, finalizing the rental and receiving payment should be easy and secure.

@mlnuwer had a good experience and successful rental.
Hopefully she can chime in and tell you nore
