Restuarant.com website problem

I'm having trouble signing in to my account on restuarant.com Is it just me or is there a problem with their website this evening?
 
It was running very slowly for me. I was finally able to purchase and print out a couple of certificates, but still no confirming email from them.
 
I can now get on, pick restuarants, and go to check-out to process payment. I get the screen that says "Congratulations. Your order has been processed." However, it just seems to keep spinning at that point. My "new purchases" aren't showing up in my account. Oh well , have to call them in the morning I guess.
 
Me too

I tried yesterday morning and it just hung up on me. Then I got an email in the early evening apologizing for their site being down. I tried again, made the purchase but it wouldn't go to the certificate. Going to try again this morning.
 
I just ordered one this AM too. $3 - how can you loose???
 
Different Problem

I was going to buy my "usual" $100 GC for just $12 but while the shopping cart recognized my 70% discount, at the point where I was to pay via my credit card, it still had the $40 purchase price on the credit card authorization page . . . so I cancelled my purchase and emptied my shopping cart.

Did anyone else have that type of problem? I did "refresh" at each step along the way to make sure I had the most current view of my cart . . . but it still resulted in a $40 payment authorization page.
 
Did you type in "PRESENT" for the Discount Code and then "Recalculate total" ??

That is what I did and it came out to $3. Try it again - don't REFRESH - make sure you RECALCULATE TOTAL.
 
I got it working this morning (somewhat slowly) and was able to print the $130.00 worth of certificates (4 for $25 and 3 for $10) that I paid $14.70.

We were travelling 5 weeks in Jan/Feb and 4 weeks in May/June. We used about 30 of the certificates. About 5 of the restuarats were really super, most were very good and we would consider returning for sure, and only 2 or 3 were such that we wouldn't return even with another certificate.

Yes I entered "PRESENT" and it did recalculate the shopping cart to just $12. It was at the checkout page where the $40 to be charged was there.

I'll try again later in the week.
